"It's no secret the demands of being a student and being a high performance athlete. Lockdown seriously took it's toll on my well-being and mental health, and to make matters worse I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Chris reached out to me and I have been working with him ever since on improving well-being and balance across all areas of my life. Stress has so many negative effects on the body, including flare ups of RA, so it was important for me to get stress under control. Working with Chris is now a relief knowing there is someone who wants to help me and I look forward to continuing to improve my wellbeing and to understand what I need as a person and athlete to achieve my goals in life"

"After suffering from recurring symptoms of Long-Covid over a 10 month period, I became somewhat discouraged and increasingly worried that I may never return to my former athletic safe.
